At checkout you can choose free local handover if you are in SE London, Essex or Kent. Handover may also be possible elsewhere when Alex is already travelling with work. We will contact you after payment to agree a sensible public location and time.

If you are outside those areas, please select delivery or email before ordering. Choosing local handover does not guarantee that a particular journey or location will be possible.

Founding 45 customers may be invited to take a photograph with their coffee to help document the launch. This is completely optional, and no photograph will be shared without permission.

You may cancel an online order before dispatch by emailing us. After delivery, you may tell us within 14 days that you wish to cancel. Coffee must be unopened, sealed and in a resalable condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Opened coffee cannot normally be returned because it is a food product, but this does not affect your rights if it is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us with photographs where relevant and we will put it right.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund after it has been issued.
