First One In Coffee Co. is an independent UK coffee brand operated by Alex Russell. For privacy questions, email sales@touchtightperformance.co.uk.

When you order, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order contents, delivery choice, payment status and Founding 45 membership information. Card details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• To contact you about local handover where you selected it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We send coffee news and offers only when you actively opt in. We record your email, consent wording, signup source and date. Signing up is optional and does not affect purchases or Founding 45 benefits. We rely on your consent for marketing; withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or by emailing us. We retain a minimal suppression record to respect opt-outs. Subscriber details are kept until you withdraw consent or the list is no longer needed, with periodic reviews.

Feedback is used to improve our coffee and service, based on our legitimate interests in understanding customer experience. The feedback form does not collect your name or email or subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid including personal information in free-text answers. We review feedback and remove it when no longer needed, normally within 24 months. Hosting providers process submissions; Resend may process subscriber details for email delivery when connected. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Information is shared only where needed with service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, delivery and business administration, or where the law requires it. Order and accounting records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to meet legal and tax obligations. Founding 45 membership records are retained so the promised lifetime discount can be provided.

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain uses or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

The basket uses local storage on your device so it remains available as you browse. Stripe may use essential technology on its secure checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website.
