Terms and conditions.

These terms apply to purchases from First One In Coffee Co., an independent UK coffee brand operated by Alex Russell. Contact: sales@touchtightperformance.co.uk.

Product descriptions, formats and prices are shown before checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling. We take reasonable care with descriptions and images, although packaging colour and appearance can vary slightly.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and confirmation is shown or sent. If stock is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

The first 45 qualifying bags receive the advertised launch discount. The customer email used for a qualifying purchase receives Founding 45 status and at least 10% off eligible First One In coffee purchases for life. The benefit is personal to that customer, has no cash value and may be refused where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery prices and options are displayed before payment. Free local handover is intended for SE London, Essex or Kent, or another location agreed by email. We will contact customers who select it to arrange a suitable public meeting. Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel. Returned coffee must remain unopened and sealed unless it is faulty. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or damaged goods. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the return details.

Founding 45 customers may be invited to take a photograph during local handover. Participation is optional. A photograph will only be posted or used by First One In Coffee Co. with the person's permission.
